Huw is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building. Previously a principal at a large construction company, Huw has over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry; specifically, in project management, planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, costing, claims and contracts management.

For the past 5 years Huw has headed up Operations at a high end property company in London, successfully managing the delivery of many new build projects, on time and within budget.

As a native to Wales he is a champion to delivering innovative quality housing in places that people want to live.

Hywel James – Commercial

Hywel is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years housing and commercial experience.

As Commercial Director for a National housebuilder, Hywel oversaw the Commercial, Buying and Estimating departments for the West Wales region responsible for delivering 500 houses + per year as well as managing the infrastructure budgets within large multi phased schemes (1700 units + )

With responsibility for compiling viabilities for the Land Valuations and formalising all costs associated with the Land bids, procurement of all the trades for live sites, and managing the budgets and forecasting Risk and Opportunities, Hywel’s knowledge is extensive and impressive.

Paul Rees-Areilza – Property

Paul is a property specialist, active within the residential development marketplace for 25 years during which time he has facilitated the successful acquisition, financing and development of many luxurious schemes.

Having previously served as a Director of a privately owned Mayfair based investment fund and subsequently spending over a decade as a principal of a London based boutique property development Company, Paul has an in-depth knowledge of the dynamics required to seamlessly procure, build, market and sell residential property developments.

Chris AtkinsonProject and Construction Management

Chris has over 15 years’ experience in the industry within the private sector, delivering projects on time, within budget and exceeding quality standards.

Well versed in delivering schemes in varying size and construction form, Chris has successfully overseen a number of housing schemes, where his role included managing the practical element of each build stage and coordinating directly employed staff, sub-contractors and suppliers.

With the responsibility of liaising with the technical and commercial departments to consistently provide up to date reporting, Chris ensures that appropriate quality and cost control is achieved.

Kelly Emanuel – Sales and Marketing

Kelly has over a decade of experience in estate agency and new homes. Having previously worked as a new homes manager covering 19 offices, she has gained an insightful understanding of the dynamic and ever-evolving property market. Through strategic analysis and effective communication, she has successfully facilitated numerous property & land transactions, utilizing her expertise to ensure optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers. Kelly’s extensive background in the industry demonstrates a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in buying and selling properties, particularly new homes, making her a reliable source of guidance for individuals or families seeking their dream home.
